If you fail to properly dispose of your belongings after moving out, you are violating Boulder trash ordinances.

You could be fined up to $1,000 for:

• Improper disposal of your trash or personal belongings (such as a couch).
• Failing to use bear-proof waste bins.
• Improper storage of waste.
