The Center is happy to provide resources and opportunities to all affiliates with the understanding that each affiliate will reciprocate by committing to be a participative member of the leadership development ecosystem on campus; communicating and encouraging students, 工作人员, and faculty to get involved in the 领导力中心 events and opportunities; sharing of best practices and other resources in order to offer leadership development to more students across campus; invest time and resources to offering experiential leadership development inside and between programs; and sharing program-specific yearly progress with the Center as a contribution to an annual report.
